01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing o999 at o999.wine, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form the complete agreement between you and o999 regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all sections of the site including sports betting, slots, live casino, casino games, promotions, and the o999 mobile app. By continuing to use the platform after any update to these terms, you accept the revised version.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use o999, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. o999 does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money activity on the platform.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of another person or entity.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you provide false information to circumvent age requirements, o999 reserves the right to void all transactions, forfeit any balance, and permanently close your account.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on o999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same phone number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings as soon as possible.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. o999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• Account sharing with family members, friends, or any other person is not permitted.
• Accounts created using temporary, disposable, or false email addresses may be closed without notice.
• o999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on o999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using the following payment methods:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet, instant processing
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet, instant processing
• Raast – direct bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer – standard inter-bank transfer
• Debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets where available

Deposits must be funded from a payment method that belongs to you. You are not permitted to use a payment method registered in someone else's name. If a payment is made from a third-party account, the deposit will be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

o999 does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges. o999 has no control over third-party fees and is not liable for them.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your deposit method cannot receive refunds, o999 may request an alternative method that you can verify as belonging to you.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process for most accounts.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the Deposit page.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• o999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests if unusual account activity is detected, pending a review.
• Incomplete verification documents will result in delays. Submitting clear, valid documents the first time speeds up the process significantly.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on o999 are subject to the general betting rules set out here and any sport-specific or event-specific rules that apply to individual markets. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming. o999 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

• Cricket / PSL: In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced due to weather or other reasons, bets will be settled according to the official result or, where no official result is given, according to o999's cricket-specific settlement rules. DLS method results are treated as official results.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) odds update in real time. It is your responsibility to ensure you are placing a bet at the odds displayed on your screen at the time of confirmation. Connection delays may affect the odds you see versus those at the time of placement.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated rescheduling window, or if a clear pricing error occurred. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance.
• Maximum payout limits: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply. These are displayed on individual markets and may vary by sport and event type.

o999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, for any account, at its discretion. This may be applied where betting patterns suggest abuse of promotions, arbitrage activity, or any other conduct that falls outside normal recreational betting.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

o999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any bonus.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance after the qualifying deposit or action is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
• o999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Offers already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using borrowed funds to qualify, or placing offsetting bets — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

08 Casino, Slots & Live Casino

The casino, slots, and live casino sections of o999 are subject to the same general account and payment terms as the sportsbook. In addition, the following rules apply specifically to these sections:

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently generated and not influenced by previous results, session length, or stake size.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual session.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers. The rules of each table game (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows) are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, bets already confirmed before the disconnection will be settled based on the game outcome as recorded by the studio provider.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before being credited. In rare cases where a jackpot is triggered by a technical error, the win may be voided and the stake refunded.

o999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Certified RNG and live studio games operate independently of the platform. If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact support with the specific game round ID and we will investigate with the relevant provider.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on o999. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors or bonus terms
• Money laundering or using o999 to process funds from illegal sources
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or compromise the platform, its software, or any related systems
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market

10 Privacy & Data

Your use of o999 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, o999 collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with anti-fraud requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in platform operations — such as payment processors and identity verification services — and only to the extent necessary.

• Your transaction history is stored securely and retained in accordance with standard financial record-keeping practices.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you by contacting support.
• Communications from o999 — including promotional emails and SMS — can be opted out of via your account settings. Transactional communications related to your account and deposits cannot be disabled.

11 Responsible Gaming

o999 takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such — not as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or a response to stress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.

12 Account Termination

You may close your o999 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any eligible balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds not yet wagered) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

o999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• Prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected
• False identity or payment information has been provided
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without a balance
• A self-exclusion request has been processed
• Regulatory or fraud-prevention obligations require it

Where an account is closed by o999 for reasons unrelated to prohibited conduct or policy violations, any remaining eligible balance will be returned after verification. Where closure follows a breach of these terms, balances may be forfeited in full.

13 Limitation of Liability

o999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

• o999 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, including missed in-play betting opportunities due to connection drops.
• o999 is not responsible for decisions made by players based on odds or statistics displayed on the platform. All betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the player.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — o999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This will not be applied to bets settled at correct odds.
• o999's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the bet(s) placed by that player on the relevant event.

14 Changes to These Terms

o999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account. The updated terms will also be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.

Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning of a clause, or formatting changes — may be made without notice. These will still be reflected in the updated date shown at the top of this page.
